Data collection

In accordance with the "Informatics and Freedom" law of January 6, 1978, as amended, and the European Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, VELAN, as the data controller, collects the information provided during the request access for the creation and accessibility of the customer account on the Web platform as part of the contract execution.

The collected data will be communicated only to the following recipients:
-Users of Velan SAS information system.

The data is kept throughout the duration of the contractual relationship and for up to 3 years after the end of the contractual relationship.

The data is not transferred outside of the European Union.

You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, exercise your right to limit the processing of your data. Lastly, you can determine the handling of your data after your death.
