If you encounter technical problems connecting, you can try the following solutions :
- Click on "Forgot your password ?" and clear out the cache of your browser. To do so, go to the settings of your browser, search for "cookies," and delete all of them.
- If you receive a notification indicating that your account is blocked, please send an email to your Velan contact to solve the problem.
- It is possible that you are experiencing a loss of connection.
- Another possibility is that the cached version of the website is not up to date. Try clearing your cookies, as explained above.
If your account has been blocked, you need to contact your Velan contact by email to solve the problem.
If you are not able to download your order, try the following solutions:
- Double-click on the download icon, which is located in the upper right corner and is symbolized by a cross.
- Are you able to connect? If not, try to do so. If you still can't, try the previous steps.
To submit a document, start by selecting the desired submission type by clicking on the dropdown menu located at the top right corner of the screen. Click on "the relevant command" and then "the plus icon" to access the document submission functionality. Fill in the required fields.
